Cancellation policy

At Raised Wild, we offer one-time purchases, as well as subscriptions and pre-orders. This policy explains how cancellations work for each type of purchase.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency and duration you select. Your payment method will be securely stored and charged for each renewal unless you cancel.

  • You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time.
  • To cancel, click the link in your order confirmation email or log into your account to manage your subscription.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will still receive any remaining deliveries for the paid period.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by law.

Pre-Orders

We may occasionally offer pre-orders for items not yet in stock.

  • You can cancel a pre-order before it ships.
  • Once the item has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under our Return & Refund Policy.

One-Time Purchases

For regular one-time orders:

  • You may cancel your order before it has shipped.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

To request any cancellation, please email us at support@raisedwild.com with your order number as soon as possible.
