Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (United States)

We offer the following shipping options within the continental U.S.:

International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries. International shipping costs and duties are calculated at checkout. Delivery times for international orders typically range from 7–21 business days, depending on the destination.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track your package using the link provided.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@raisedwild.com with photos within 48 hours of delivery. For lost packages, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
