Refund policy

At Raised Wild, we want you to love what you order. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Personal care items like our tallow soap are subject to hygiene standards — once opened or used, we cannot accept them for return due to health and safety reasons.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at support@raisedwild.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label via email with instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your soap arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@raisedwild.com with photos. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible (replacement or full refund).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Sale items and promotional/discounted orders
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different variant or scent is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

European Union (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If your order is shipping to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. The same conditions apply: the soap must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund was approved. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: It can take additional time (up to 5–10 business days) for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective.
